Get active with ex professional boxer Kelton Mckenzie

JUST GET INVOLVED with Boxercise workouts which are based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Days: Saturday. Times: 10.00am - 11.00am. No matter your fitness level or ability, this session will be tailored to the individual, so come on your own or bring along your friends and have a great workout. PAYG First session IS £3 only
