Boxercise which is an exercise class based on the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of fitness formats as shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs & sit-ups. Keep fit while you PAYG to stay active in 2018
