Fitness Sundays with ex professional boxer Kelton Mckenzie

Grab your abs wheel and train your Core into shape like a boxer in 2018.

Secure your knees on the ground,
Set yourself up in a plank position.
Engage your core and slowly roll the wheel in toward your upper body.
Flex from your hips, piking your glutes toward the sky.
Extend your body back to your standing position.
Repeat for 8 to 12 reps.
