Core workouts with ex professional boxer Kelton Mckenzie

Fitness Thursdays CORE BAG exercises which are excellent for putting that extra pressure on abs and core specific workouts such as squat rotating turns in one action. This exercise focuses on the core, legs, glutes, shoulder muscles.
