1 hour of skipping has been completed at Unity Boxing Club this afternoon. I would like to say a big well done to everyone who participated and sponsored today's 'ON THE ROPES' skipping event, to change the life's of others for sport relief. We have exceeded our chosen target, thanks to everyone involved working their hardest to make this event successful!

Hello, I've got a team together and we're doing our bit for Sport Relief 2016 (1 hour non stop skipping) to raise cash that will help to transform people's lives across the UK and the world’s poorest communities. If you could sponsor us, we'd be really grateful as your generosity really will help to make a world of difference to people living unimaginably tough lives. Thank you Kelton Mckenzie (boxercise4health)
