UoL Students HIIT workout

University of Leicester building healthy lifestyles. Students get your FIGHT NIGHT HIIT Wednesday workouts, a high intensity interval training class which uses your own body weight as resistance. Metafit is fantastic for burning fat by using big muscle groups in a simple 30 min un-choreographed Routine.

Press Ups fitness challenge 2017.

This Girl Can & So Can You! Here is our number 3 competitor of 10 females to complete 10 (Press Ups) fitness challenge 2017. Its GB Boxing Star Paige Murney out of Unity Boxing Club who is now England Number 1 ranked female in her weight category (64kg). Paige is successful in winning her European ranking match at ‘Home of British Boxing’ York Hall.

Get your total Abs like a boxer


Secure your knees on the ground,
Set yourself up in a plank position.
Engage your core and slowly roll the wheel in toward your upper body.
Flex from your hips, piking your glutes toward the sky.
Extend your body back to your starting position.
Repeat for 8 to 12 reps.
