BOXING FITNESS is for all the family. No prior boxing experience needed. all abilities are welcome to join the classes. A typical session involves: partner pad work skipping & core strengthening exercises to work the whole body on fitness stamina, endurance and flexibility. BOXERCISE CLASSES are based on the boxing training principles that boxers use to stay fit. A typical boxercise class: Pad-work, skipping, shuttle-runs & sit ups.
