Do you want total Abs like a boxer? Get active with the Abs wheel workout

ABS WHEEL INSTRUCTIONS

Secure your knees on the ground,
Set yourself up in a plank position.
Engage your core and slowly roll the wheel in toward your upper body.
flex from your hips, piking your glutes toward the sky.
Extend your body back to your starting position.
Repeat for 8 to 12 reps.

BOX 4 HEALTH Summer Youth Activities

How did it go? Excellent! 

Young people aged 13 - 19 got involved in 6 weeks of free boxing activities got presented with their attendance & performance certificates and medals. The programme was delivered by BOX 4 HEALTH & Unity Boxing Club, with ex professional boxer Kelton Mckenzie & local professional star Lyon Woodstock Jnr & Club coach Ajmal Butt.

Free boxing, healthy exercise & eating classes for young people

A great sporting opportunities if you are working with young people aged 11- 25 to get active with free boxing, exercise & healthy eating sessions weekly at Unity Boxing Club, Beaumont Leys onSunday afternoons & Tuesday evenings. The young people will get to train with ex professional boxer Kelton Mckenzie & professional coach Ajmal Butt in a fitness setting.
