Saturday 14th November 2015 - Unity Boxing Club & Boxercise4health provider are giving a pass into Exercise for £1 with Metafit to keep fit. Participants are welcomed from all fitness levels and abilities. The sessions are taken at your pace with a fully qualified instructor will be present to motivate during the class.
