Fitness Mondays

I am looking forward to seeing you all 'JUST GET INVOLVED' with our Boxercise classes at Fleckney Sports Centre. A typical workout will involve: skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit ups. Bring along your friends and have a great workout.
