Free healthy exercise project for young people aged 11-25 years

FREE BOXING, HEALTHY EXERCISE & EATING SESSIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11-25 at Unity Boxing Club on Sundays & Tuesdays. All levels and abilities are welcomed to attend. The young people will be coached by ex professional boxer & tutor Kelton Mckenzie & Head boxing coach Ajmal Butt. Can you name 2 components of physical fitness i.e 1. Strength.
