1] Remember to maintain an active lifestyle!
2] Treat yourself but do not go over the top especially with big portions and drinking fizzy drinks or alcohol which will increases your body size by 2 fold over the festive season.  
3] Most importantly have a great Christmas and I will see you all in the New Year boxing & keeping fit.
